Purukhsukta Course — 30 Days of Advanced Vedic Learning
The Purukhsukta Course is a 30-day structured Vedic spiritual learning program focused on traditional Rudra Mantra chanting, disciplined practice and deeper exploration of Vedic spiritual concepts. The program is designed for individuals who wish to go beyond introductory spiritual practices and develop a deeper understanding of traditional mantra-based disciplines. According to the teachings associated with this course, the human body is understood through the traditional concept of energy centres and nadis, while mantra practice is regarded as a disciplined method of cultivating awareness and spiritual focus. The course introduces participants to these concepts through guided learning and structured practice.

- Course Approach
The course follows a structured learning approach in which participants are introduced to traditional practices progressively.
