1. Eligibility for Returns

A return request may be accepted only under the following circumstances:

• The product received is damaged during transit
• The product received is incorrect or different from the item ordered

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

To initiate a return request, customers must provide:

• Order details
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Return requests submitted after the allowed reporting period may not be eligible for approval.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused and in original condition
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• All accessories, tags, and related items must be included

Vedic Duniya reserves the right to decline returns if the product shows signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or if the product is not returned in its original condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following situations are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been used or altered after delivery
• Products returned without original packaging
• Requests made after the 48-hour reporting window
• Returns based on personal preference, belief, or change of mind

Due to the nature of spiritual products such as Rudraksh beads and Yantras, returns based solely on personal expectations or beliefs may not be accepted.

If the return is approved, the customer will be provided with instructions on how to return the product.

Returned items may be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet the return conditions outlined in this policy.

5. Shipping for Returns

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged product sent by Vedic Duniya.

Vedic Duniya is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
