At Vedic Duniya, we strive to provide quality spiritual workshops and authentic spiritual products. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through our website.

By purchasing a product or registering for a workshop, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Workshop Refund Policy

Workshop registrations are considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully completed.

Please note the following:

• Workshop fees are generally non-refundable once the registration is confirmed.
• If a participant is unable to attend the workshop, they may request to join the next available session, subject to availability.
• If a workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by Vedic Duniya, participants may choose either to attend the rescheduled session or request a full refund.

Refund requests related to workshop cancellations initiated by the organizer will be processed accordingly.

2. Refunds for Products

Refunds for products will be issued only in the following cases:

• The product delivered is damaged during transit
• The product delivered is incorrect or different from the item ordered

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photographs along with the order details.

If the return request is approved and the product is received back in its original condition, a refund may be processed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• Requests made after the allowed reporting period
• Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Returns without original packaging
• Refund requests due to personal preference or change of mind

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved and the returned product is received (if applicable), the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank processing times.
